How to handle the fault problem of truss manipulator
1. Firstly, check if there are any alarm messages on the screen or text display screen of the truss manipulator. This is the most preliminary investigation. If there are any, it is necessary to find the cause of the fault based on the information.
2. Next is to inspect the mechanical part, but the most important point is to cut off the power for inspection and avoid entering the mechanical part with electricity for inspection.
3. Check the surface of the robotic arm equipment for obvious cracks, defects, etc., understand its maintenance history and service life, and then inspect the interior of the machine.
4. If no obvious problems are found on the exterior of the truss manipulator, it is necessary to disassemble and inspect the interior of the manipulator. It is recommended to consult the design engineer in advance and avoid blind disassembly, otherwise more problems may occur.
5. After confirming that there are no faults in the mechanical parts, conduct electrical inspections. Check the circuit, sensors, switches at each position, etc.
6. If electrical components need to be replaced, the order of first from the outside to the inside should also be followed.
7. It is still recommended to carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of the truss manipulator according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer, and communicate with technical personnel in a timely manner in case of malfunctions.
