How to maintain the truss manipulator

1. Try not to use truss robots 24 hours a day for operation

Because any machine generates a large amount of heat during the operation process, after the truss manipulator has been working for a period of time, it is necessary to suspend the work of the CNC truss manipulator to release the heat generated by the CNC truss manipulator, in order to achieve the original intention of cultivating the truss manipulator. If the production task is heavy, it is recommended to take regular breaks. Generally, truss robots can take breaks every 8 or 12 hours.

2. Try not to expose the truss manipulator to harsh working conditions

Although that is said, since machines replace human labor, most of the work is still carried out under harsh conditions. Most truss manipulators are equipped with anti-corrosion and rust prevention functions upon leaving the factory. But if exposed to both surface and interior moisture for a long time, truss robots made of iron are very prone to rusting. Rusty CNC truss manipulators not only have large buckles on their appearance, but also contaminate the products they operate on, affecting the quality of their operations. Therefore, it is best to use the truss manipulator in a relatively monotonous environment, and regularly take anti-corrosion protection measures for the truss manipulator.

3. Apply lubricant to parts that are in regular contact with sports

Truss manipulators often experience significant wear and tear, while using lubricants at joints or frequently in contact with moving parts can protect them from wear and reduce their lifespan.
