Truck tire handling manipulator

As we all know, truck tires are large and heavy, and manual handling is particularly laborious. This manipulator can realize the handling, assembly, and loading and unloading of tires in truck production lines. This greatly improves assembly efficiency and reduces safety hazards in manual operation.

Main components
Robotic arm: responsible for the grasping, handling, and assembly of tires.
End effector: usually a clamp or suction cup, used to grasp tires.
Control system: includes PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and sensors to control the movement of the manipulator.
Vision system: used for positioning and identification of tires and wheels.

Workflow
Tire grasping: The manipulator grasps the tire through the end effector.
Tire handling: Move the tire to the assembly position.
Tire positioning: Position the tire and wheel through the visual system or sensor.
Tire assembly: Accurately assemble the tire to the wheel.
Complete assembly: After confirming that the assembly is completed, the manipulator returns to the initial position and prepares for the next operation
