Zero gravity manipulator

Pneumatic balance crane is a material handling system that combines various designed and manufactured material grabbing fixtures to complete material handling, assembly and special positioning work in a large area. Its working principle mainly depends on the balance between the pressure in the cylinder and the gravity of the object. By adjusting the pressure in the cylinder, the lifting and lowering movement of the object can be achieved. The key part of the pneumatic balance crane is a high-performance cylinder, which has the characteristics of large flow, large displacement and high precision. The pressure in the cylinder directly determines the positioning accuracy of the object, the external force required for movement and the moving speed. When compressed air is introduced into the cylinder, the piston in the cylinder will contract, thereby lifting the object; when the cylinder is exhausted, the piston expands and the object falls. This design makes the object seem to be in a weightless state in the air, which greatly facilitates the handling and operation process.

In addition, the pneumatic balance crane cleverly applies the principle of force balance to make the workpiece form a weightless state in the air, so that the operator only needs a small operating force during the operation. It is mainly composed of cylinders, valves, pipelines, etc., and is balanced with the gravity of the workpiece through the air control system. During the handling of the workpiece, the operator only needs to exert a little force to achieve it, which is easy and convenient.

In general, the working principle of a pneumatic balance crane is to achieve the lifting and lowering movement of objects by adjusting the pressure in the cylinder. By using the principles of gas dynamics, heavy objects are suspended in the air to present a weightless floating state, thereby balancing the weight of the materials, easily moving the load and accurately positioning it.
